Tara is amazing, knowledgeable, intuitive, and has a very light, happy energy about her. Over the last two months, the transformation has been amazing. With my newly diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis, and on-going irritable bowel syndrome, together we worked out on a food lifestyle that will fit in well with my life. It is amazing, I feel so fit and well. We did a plan that is a lifestyle of 80% / 20% which means, if I was to eat out with friends or visit friends, I did not feel guilty about eating “naughty foods” – in fact with Tara’s help, my eating lifestyle is almost 95% /5% which is fantastic. I am feeling a change already. Less fatigued, more energy, tummy is so much better, and I love food now. Thank you, Tara, for your transformation, nutritional advice and keeping me motivated. I loved out Zoom get togethers.

After multiple health issues left me less active , I found myself gaining weight fast and easy. I tried multiple times to diet and exercise without success . My primary physician suggested I see a Nutritionist, which I did but didn't gain much insight on anything. I knew good foods vs. bad foods, but I didn't know how to incorporate them into my life on a daily basis.

A nurse suggested that I look into a Holistic Nutritionist and gave me Tara's information and I'm so thankful she did!

For the first time my healthy eating habits have finally become part of everyday life, not just a diet. Tara helped me understand to make small changes gradually, so I wouldn't feel deprived. I'm happy to say that I'm down 10lbs. and feeling more energetic.

Tara’s workshop reintroduced me to food again this time with a whole new perspective. I began to see food as nourishment and my food choices improved as a result. I incorporated things from the cleanse into my regular diet and it has made my digestive system improve significantly. Something as simple as Tara’s suggestions of the daily flaxseed drink is easy to do and makes such a huge impact on my energy levels. Cutting back on dairy has cleared the eczema around my nose and I’ve noticed my circulation seems to have improved. Just simple tips go a long way. Thank you for all your support Tara!

I’m finishing my first week of Tara’s detox cleanse, and seriously feel 10 years younger!

I always thought I was a good eat (mostly). I’ve never been a dieter, but I’ve tried healthier eating habits: eliminating sugars, eating more fruits and vegetables, even cutting back on meat. But Tara taught me to eat some things in moderation, BUT more importantly you need to INCREASE the nourishing and sustenant foods to really feel your best!

The BEST part: I got a lot of simple, yummy recipes that I can easily incorporate into my crazy schedule!

What you put into your body is SO important to your overall mental and physical wellness. Thank Tara for this journey!

My husband and I participated in the 14 day cleanse with Tara and it was a great experience! We both lost weight, slept better, and overall had more energy. By eliminating certain foods then slowly reintroducing them, we were able to recognize minor allergies and sensitivities.

Tara was a wonderful resource and coach! She provided guidance, recipes, motivation, and was always available to answer our questions. I’ll definitely continue with some of the healthy habits, such as trying not to eat after 7:30 and starting my day off with warm lemon water! Thank you Tara - we will definitely be back again for another round.
