Hi, I’m Tara.
Welcome! I’m Tara. I am a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach with a passion for educating others on the healing properties of good nutrition and overall wellness. I live with my husband Jordan and our children, Ava (5) and Carmella (1), as well as our “fur-st” baby, Jade (7), a Golden Retriever. My favorite pastime is taking a popular recipe and giving it a healthy twist. When I’m not in the kitchen, I like to put a few more miles on my running shoes. I am a coach who talks the talk and walks the walk.
Over the years, I have helped clients take on their biggest challenges by focusing on small, structured, and easy-to-follow steps. As a long-time teacher, I take an educator’s approach to wellness. From meal planning to forming healthy habits that become a lifestyle, my goal is to empower others to live happier and healthier lives. We can only be truly healthy once we learn how to nourish the mind, body, and soul.

The Path That Lead Me to You
My journey is probably not much different than yours. I struggled with balancing a busy life as an educator, a wife, and a mother. I was always healthy, but as my life got busier, my body started to suffer the effects. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and I struggled with digestive issues and infertility. I decided to make a change. I turned to food as healing and committed to a more balanced, healthy lifestyle.
When my body started to heal and our second pregnancy was a success, the educator in me wanted to share the important lessons I had learned. Now I’m dedicated to helping others navigate the chaos of everyday life and live a healthy lifestyle.
