One-on-One Coaching

Using a holistic approach, we'll architect a plan to nourish your mind, body, and soul, combining whole food nutrition, lifestyle changes, and wellness practices.  Each session builds a solid foundation for optimal health and a balanced life.

Healthy eating and actions are only half of what makes optimal health; the other half is actualizing an ideal state to digest food by reducing and coping with stress. Knowledge does not equal habit change, so during each session we will identify specific areas where you are stuck, then expertly rewire your thought patterns to get the results you want. The goals are to simplify the process and work together for a customized lifestyle plan for your unique body in order to bring your mind/body/spirit into balance and build healthy habits into your daily routine. A healthy and balanced lifestyle is the best medicine!


One-on-One coaching is an intensive program designed to empower you with the steps to change your life. 

The package includes:

  • Lifestyle habits targeted to your unique body’s needs and your specific goals

  • Weekly or biweekly coaching sessions

  • Session follow ups with long and short term goals and strategies

  • Modules containing helpful guidance for a successful lifestyle transformation

  • Specific guides each week that includes grocery lists, recipes, meal prep ideas, etc. to target your weekly needs
